Nolan Davis Contracting Ltd have a wide range of expertise and experience in old and new construction techniques. We pride ourselves on repeat business with a good client base in the commercial market. We regularly act as principle contractor for sites which fall within the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations.

Our offices, located on the outskirts of Southampton adjacent to good motorway links, allow us to service an area of approximately 50 miles radius from Southampton. The office site includes good storage facilities with yard, together with a fully equipped joiners shop.

Our Small Works department carries out reactive and planned maintenance together with small contracts and our Contracts division undertakes contracts up to £2 million.
