This involved the construction of a steel framed and clad industrial unit for Rexx Electrical, the building filled all of the site leaving only minimal space around the perimeter.
It incorporated mezzanine floor which housed the office and buying area. As the contract ran so well we were offered a second phase which involved the refurbishment of their offices situated in front of the new unit.
