This prestigious building involved the demolition of the existing polo club and the construction of the new complete timber framed pavilion for the Royal Family’s personal use.

The superstructure was designed and constructed using a timber frame system, clad with timber and decorated with a micro-porous paint system. The accommodation provided a corporate seminar area with kitchen and welfare facilities with first floor storage and a viewing balcony. The project was completed on time ready for the planned Royal visits during the polo season.
