An existing commercial building used for offices and storage positioned adjacent to the main railway line at Camberley was completely refurbished. The existing outer structure was carefully removed to expose the concrete frame and a survey of the structure showed the frame was not good for line or level, therefore brickwork detailing was used to solve the problems.

The building was completely refurbished with a high standard of internal finishes and a new tenant moved in shortly after completion. The car park was re-surfaced and fencing erected to the railway bank with security gates.
