Southampton Institute is a Client which we have secured a number of contracts with over the years. Acting as principal contractor, we have carried out new extensions, refurbishments and general planned and reactive maintenance.
Most recently, we have extended the reception area to provide office space for the telephonist and a rest room behind the reception counter. The main reception area included purpose made Ash screens and Reception desk with disabled facility at one end. New ceilings and lighting together with floor finishes are all in keeping with the curved details which makes for an impressive reception to the main entrance to the Andrews Building.
