The refurbishment of B23 was a major sub-contract with the project managers acting as principal contractors. The building was stripped back to the outer walls and new partitions introduced to form the new office layout.

Our works included carpentry, 1st and 2nd fix with ceilings, decorations, staircases and external works. Whilst on site, we were instructed to build a small extension and refurbish the Cryogenics Laboratory all within the contract period.
