The specialist underpinning section of the company has carried out various remedial underground support systems to repair properties subject to structural movement. Where traditional underpinning is not economical, piled solutions are designed by engineers and installed by sub-contractors who are supervised by ourselves.

Following the stabilization of the building superstructure, repairs both internally and externally are carried out to the masonry structure using a variety of specialist ties, restraint straps and resin repair systems. Finishing trades would follow and then leave the property refurbished with little evidence that the structure had suffered any structural movement.
Over the years we have carried out specialist underpinning to many of the properties at Forest View, creating additional floor spaces within the ground whilst stabilising the existing structure.
It is situated on top of the ‘old city walls’ which spurred archaeological interest.
